We will graciously accept your returns up to 30 days, if you are not content with the item, it doesn’t fit, whatever the reason, given that we receive an email or other contact from you within 5 days of receipt. For health and safety reasons, items that have been worn cannot be returned.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we have possession of the returned item a credit will be available for the product’s price at time of the original checkout.
Returns: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver for any shipping and he/she will find out about your return.
Your item will be exchanged or refunded (minus original shipping cost), as long as: You communicated with us within 5 days of receipt. The item is in perfect condition, has not been worn, and with tags intact. A copy of the original sales receipt is included.
We are not responsible for the payment of the return shipping. If you are exchanging an item for another one, and add an additional purchase, we will ship back to you for free!
Please take note, that until your item is in our hands, we cannot be responsible for it. Please track your packages.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
